• JOIN OUR PTO EMAIL LIST- this is where we let you know about all our current and pressing volunteer opportunities. The best way is to come to meetings - we’d love to have you. But if you cannot, sent us an email and say hello anyway. We’d love to hear your thoughts.

• CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:

  • SCHOOL BOARD and/or CITY COUNCIL LIASON - Are you interested in what the school board and city council are up to? We need someone to update us about school board and city council issues and where our voices can be heard to advocate for our students. Is this you? You don’t have to attend meetings - just understand what issues the school board and city council are facing and voting on and let us know how we can help advocate for our students. LET US KNOW if this is a good for for you.

  • EVENT ORGANIZATION - we have some ideas for school events (a dance!) and fundraisers (A soup dinner? A silent auction?) and need organizers to help get these off the ground. We’ll pay for it! We’ll get your volunteers! Are you up for some oraganizing? LET US KNOW!

  • BRAINSTORMING - Got an idea for a fundraiser? A new way we can support our kids or our teachers? LET US KNOW- we want to hear from you!
